By checking the acceptance box, logging into the system, and/or using the electronic trading facilities, you acknowledge and declare that you:
have read and understood these Terms and Conditions;
understand the procedures for using the electronic trading system;
understand the characteristics and risks of futures trading; and
agree to comply with all applicable terms and regulations.
You must not use the electronic trading system if you do not understand or agree to these Terms and Conditions.
You are responsible for:
a. ensuring that every trading instruction submitted through your account is accurate and reflects your actual intention;
b. monitoring the adequacy of your funds, margin, open positions, and account condition from time to time before carrying out any transaction;
c. maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, security code, and any other information used to access the system;
d. ensuring that the device, internet connection, application, and supporting facilities used to access the system are secure and adequate; and
e. immediately contacting the Company’s official support service if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
Any instruction submitted through your account will be deemed a valid instruction unless proven otherwise in accordance with the applicable procedures and regulations.
Futures trading involves a high level of risk and may not be suitable for everyone.
Before carrying out any transaction, you must understand the risks that may arise, including but not limited to:
a. the risk of loss due to price movements or market volatility;
b. risks associated with the use of leverage;
c. the risk of insufficient margin;
d. the risk of liquidation of open positions;
e. the risk of a difference between the requested price and the actual execution price; and
f. other risks relating to market conditions, trading systems, exchanges, trading organizers, and supporting facilities.
All trading decisions are your sole responsibility. You must consider your financial condition, experience, objectives, and risk tolerance before carrying out any transaction.
The use of the electronic trading system involves risks associated with the system, including but not limited to:
a. hardware or software failure;
b. server, network, internet connection, or data center disruption;
c. delays in receiving or transmitting data;
d. disruptions affecting the exchange, trading organizer, or other supporting parties;
e. technical errors, system maintenance, or security incidents; and
f. other circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
A system disruption or failure may cause a trading instruction to be delayed, not received, not processed, or not executed in accordance with your instruction.
Prices displayed through the system are updated every 5 (five) seconds.
The submission and execution of a transaction will be based on the price available in the system when the instruction is received and processed.
The price displayed on your screen may not necessarily be the final execution price in the event of:
a. a price change during the submission process;
b. high market volatility;
c. a price jump or price gap;
d. a network or system delay;
e. insufficient liquidity at the requested price; or
f. a technical disruption affecting the trading system or relevant exchange.
Any request to amend or cancel a transaction that has already been submitted is not guaranteed to be fulfilled. The Company may reject an amendment or cancellation request if the transaction has already been received, processed, or executed.
The Company reserves the right to reject, delay, correct, or cancel a transaction if:
a. the available funds or margin are insufficient;
b. the transaction exceeds the permitted maximum lot limit;
c. a pricing error occurs, including but not limited to bump quotes, abnormal prices, or quotation errors;
d. a technical issue affects the Company’s system, the exchange, the trading organizer, the clearing institution, the price provider, or another related party;
e. the transaction violates trading rules, risk management requirements, or applicable laws and regulations;
f. there is an indication of system misuse, manipulation, unauthorized access, or unusual activity; or
g. another circumstance occurs which, based on the Company’s assessment, may affect the orderliness, fairness, security, or integrity of the transaction.
Any rejection, correction, or cancellation will be carried out in accordance with the Company’s internal procedures, applicable trading rules, and prevailing regulations.
After submitting a trading instruction, you must wait until the transaction status changes to “Done” before submitting another transaction.
The submission or receipt of an instruction does not necessarily mean that the transaction has been successfully executed.
A transaction will only be considered executed after the system displays the status “Done” and the transaction is recorded in the Trade History.
After submitting a transaction, you must review the Trade History before carrying out another transaction.
This verification is required to:
a. confirm that the transaction has been executed;
b. verify the transaction type, product, lot size, price, and execution time;
c. ensure that no duplicate transaction has been submitted; and
d. prevent potential issues or misunderstandings regarding the transaction status.
If you identify any discrepancy, you must immediately contact the Company’s official support service and must not carry out any related subsequent transaction until clarification has been obtained.
The applicable minimum spread is:
a. USD 0.80 for the XUL – Loco London product; and
b. 0.20 points for the BCO – Brent Crude Oil product.
The spread may change depending on market conditions, product provisions, the policies of the trading organizer, and/or the Company’s applicable policies.
Any change to the spread will be implemented in accordance with the applicable notification mechanism and regulations.
The use of a Limit Order or Stop Order does not guarantee that the transaction will be executed at the exact requested price.
A transaction may be executed at a different price under the following circumstances:
If a price gap occurs between the closing of one trading session and the opening of the next trading session, the Limit Order or Stop Order may be executed with the status “Done” at the opening price of the next trading session.
If a price jump occurs on a tick-by-tick basis during a trading session and passes the recorded Limit Order or Stop Order price, the transaction may be executed at the nearest available price to the Limit Order or Stop Order recorded in the system.
Any difference between the requested price and the execution price constitutes a market risk that must be understood and accepted by you.
A Limit Order or Stop Order will remain valid until:
a. the order is executed and has the status “Done”;
b. the order is cancelled by you and the cancellation has been confirmed by the system;
c. the order is cancelled by the Company in accordance with the applicable provisions; or
d. the validity period expires, where a specific validity period applies to the relevant order type or product.
If a Limit Order or Stop Order has not been executed or cancelled, it will remain valid on the following trading day.
You are responsible for monitoring all active orders recorded in the system.
A trading instruction submitted too close to the closing time of a trading session may not be processed or executed.
The Company does not guarantee that an instruction received near the closing of a trading session will obtain a price or be executed before the session ends.
You are advised to observe the applicable trading schedule and avoid submitting instructions too close to the closing time of a trading session.
The Company may carry out:

b. software updates;
c. system repairs;
